REV1000 Returns

We want you to be totally confident when ordering a REV1000, so we have a 365 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease.

Our returns policy, in a nutshell

  • You can return your REV1000 if it is faulty or or develops a fault through no faulty of your own.
  • You will get a brand new replacement (if in stock) or a refund (if not in stock).

How to return an item

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Fill out our online returns form
  2. We will provide you with our returns address
  3. Package your items
  4. Post your return to us

Free returns

If you are returning a faulty item from within the UK then we will provide you with our freepost returns address.

Free Replacement

We will send you your replacements free of charge, there is no extra postage costs for you.

Returning items outside of the UK?

If you're returning an item from outside of the UK then we do ask that you pay for your returns postage, if you are returning an item that was damaged or faulty on delivery or develops a fault within 14 days of delivery then we'll reimburse your return postage costs. 

Damaged or item errors

Any items that are delivered damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can make a claim for damage.

Returns address

Please be aware that we have a dedicated returns address.

Our returns address will be only be provided to you once your return request has been received and processed for return.

Do not under any circumstances send any returns to our registered business address as these will not be received by us.

Unwanted orders

Due to obvious health and hygiene implications relating to adult goods, we cannot accept returns of unwanted goods unless:

  1. The goods are unopened/unused and in their original condition and packaging
  2. The goods are received back within 14 days of receiving your order

Good returned as unwanted will be minus any postage costs plus a £10 restocking/processing/administration charge.

Incorrect orders

Orders that include discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect products received must not be opened or used as they can not be returned to us.

Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.

Please note that If for any reason your item need to be returned back to you, such as in the instance that the conditions in this return policy have not been met, then you will incur further charges.
